To confirm your appointment, full payment is required in advance. This ensures your time is reserved exclusively for you and allows me to prepare for your session accordingly. Please include your name and session date as the payment reference. PayPal and Revolut can also be used for quick and secure online payments.

Session Format:

• In-person sessions are available only within Vienna city limits.
• Clients located outside Vienna Austria will receive their service electronically via email and/or via telephone.

No Refund Policy

Please note that fees for all astrology and tarot services offered by Vienna Royal e.U. including bespoke reports, special readings, and similar services are non-refundable. Each service involves personalised preparation and intellectual work tailored specifically for you. The value lies in the time, expertise, and customisation provided, rather than in guaranteeing specific outcomes.

Cancellation by Client

In-person appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed time. If the appointment cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to the client. Later cancellations or no-shows will incur the full session fee.

Cancellation by Practitioner

Should the appointment be cancelled by the practitioner (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), a new date will be offered. If the appointment cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to the client.
