TERMS OF SERVICES
(German and English version)


Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Vienna Royal, specializing in Astrology and Tarot services, performed in-person within the City of Vienna or remotely. By booking an appointment, the client accepts these terms in full.

  1. Nature of Service (WKO Compliance)
  • Spirituality & Energetics: The client acknowledges that astrology and tarot services are considered “Humanenergetik” under Austrian law.
  • No Medical Guarantee: These services represent a spiritual/energetic orientation. They do not constitute a medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment.
  • Responsibility: The consultation is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice. The client remains 100% responsible for their own life choices and interpretations of the session.
  1. Language of Service

The service provider is a native English speaker. Reports & Orientation Sessions: all written astrological reports, analyses, and email correspondence are prepared and delivered exclusively in English. In-person esoteric orientations are primarily conducted in English.

  1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations
  • Scheduling: Esoteric orientation sessions take place in person or by telephone.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours or “no-shows” will be charged at 100% of the fee, as the slot cannot be filled at short notice.
  • Late Arrival: If the client is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings.
  1. Fees and Payment
  • Pricing: All prices are stated in Euro (€). Pursuant to § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG (Small Business Regulation), no VAT (USt) is charged unless the turnover threshold is exceeded.
  • Due Date: For written services, telephone services, and in-person esoteric orientation sessions, payment is due when booking the required service. Only with the express agreement of the practitioner are payments in cash (EUR only) accepted.
  1. Data Protection (GDPR/DSGVO)
  • Personal data (birth charts, contact info) is handled strictly according to the Austrian Data Protection Act.
  • Specific astrological data, such as the ‘Lot of Spirit’, is stored securely and only used for the purpose of the requested consultation or glossary building.
  1. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. Austrian law applies.
